What You'll Do Troubleshoot PC, printer, network, and phone issues Maintain and repair computers and dealership office equipment Install and troubleshoot hardware and software Assist users with software and account issues Set up PCs, printers, phones, and other equipment Diagnose basic network and connectivity problems Respond to IT support requests across multiple locations Clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical users What We're Looking For 2+ years of IT, computer repair, or technical support experience Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs and printers Basic networking and phone-system knowledge Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to occasionally work early mornings or late evenings Ability and willingness to travel regionally High School Diploma/GED required; Associate's degree a plus Valid Driver's License with a good driving record Grow Your IT Career with Hertrich!
