PM Pay Rate:

$18-22/hr (based on experience) About the Role We're looking for motivated early-career IT professionals who want to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of desktop support experience who's eager to build skills, work directly with hardware, and grow their career. You'll be supporting application deployments and work closely with a team that values sharp thinkers and problem solvers. Key Responsibilities Install applications directly onto laptops and tablets. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as needed during installs. This role is supporting their digital agreements application Management of paperless template/contract template management Must have excellent attention to detail Attention to detail is important Involves a lot of QA processes (not required but will be part of the day to day) Provide onsite desktop support at the Boca Raton office. Qualifications 1-2 years of desktop support experience Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills . Quick learner with the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Available to start immediately and work full-time onsite.
