Doral, FL Job Details Full-time $64,272 a year 3 hours ago Qualifications Software deployment Software implementation Assembly Computer hardware System testing Full Job Description Provide first-level technical support to customers and internal staff for POS systems, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and kiosks. Install, configure, and test hardware devices and related software, including operating systems and POS applications, according to company standards. Troubleshoot and resolve routine technical issues related to hardware functionality, software performance, and connectivity. Respond to user inquiries regarding installation, configuration, and operation of company products via phone, email, or ticketing systems. Assist in preparing and setting up equipment for deployment, including assembling devices and verifying proper configuration. Document technical issues, solutions, and installation activities in internal systems for tracking and reporting purposes. Perform basic diagnostics and system checks to ensure proper functioning of equipment. Escalate unresolved or complex technical issues to senior technical staff or external vendors as needed. Assist in the preparation of user manuals, installation guides, and basic training materials. Support testing of new hardware or software releases by following established procedures and documenting results.
