8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Occasional on-call rotation) Role Administers and enhances on-premises and cloud infrastructure by resolving more complex technical issues, executing implementation efforts, and improving system performance, reliability, and security. Applies advanced technical knowledge to maintain day-to-day operations, contribute to infrastructure improvements, and support a secure and stable environment. Maintains the highest standard of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality Monitors and administers infrastructure systems, including servers, networks, and cloud environments, to ensure performance, availability, and reliability Performs advanced maintenance, patching, upgrades, and system administration across infrastructure platforms Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex to complex infrastructure issues, serving as an escalation point and conducting root cause analysis to prevent recurrence Implements and maintains server, network, storage, virtualization, and cloud-based solutions in alignment with established standards Plays a key role in executing infrastructure projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations Develops and maintains infrastructure documentation, procedures, and configuration standards to support consistency and efficiency Supports security, compliance, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes to protect systems and data Identifies and implements improvements to enhance system performance and operational efficiency, including automation opportunities Collaborates with internal teams, vendors, and technical partners to complete infrastructure work and resolve issues while providing guidance to less experienced team members Participates in a rotating on-call schedule to provide after-hours support for critical infrastructure, responding to alerts, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating resolution as needed Education Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology OR A combination of education and experience that provides the necessary skills and knowledge to satisfactorily perform the essential job functions may be substituted Industry-recognized certifications (Azure Administrator AZ-104, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator AZ-800/801, RHCSA, VMware VCP, Cisco CCNA) preferred Experience 2 - 4 years of similar or related experience Minimum of 3 years of Infrastructure or Systems Administration experience Production Systems ownership experience Other Skills Analytical Thinking Cloud Architecture Collaboration Communication Critical Thinking Customer Support Data Center Operations Disaster Recovery Innovation IT Administration IT Infrastructure IT Management IT Security Judgment and Decision Making Network Operations Operating System Problem Solving Full-Time Employee Benefits Package Full-time employees are eligible for traditional benefits such as Health Insurance (medical, vision, dental), Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Defined Benefit Pension plan, 401(k) with up to a 5% company match, and Short & Long Term Disability Insurance.
