RESPONSIBILTIES

Install, maintain and troubleshoot desktop computer hardware and software
Communicate with vendors to obtain computer hardware and software pricing and information as required by district personnel
Coordinate vendor warranty services including scheduling service calls and component replacement
Troubleshooting basic networking problems
Provide inservice to district personnel
Other duties as assigned by site administrator

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be physically able to operate a motor vehicle
Must be able to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or the same amount of force constantly to move objects.

Physical demand requirements are for heavy work

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills
CompTIA A+ certification
Demonstrate knowledge of computer hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting on Windows client platforms
Demonstrate knowledge of desk-top Windows and TCP/IP networking hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting Position# 902182005 8h/12m
