Job Description
RESPONSIBILTIES
- Install, maintain and troubleshoot desktop computer hardware and software
- Communicate with vendors to obtain computer hardware and software pricing and information as required by district personnel
- Coordinate vendor warranty services including scheduling service calls and component replacement
- Troubleshooting basic networking problems
- Provide inservice to district personnel
- Other duties as assigned by site administrator
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be physically able to operate a motor vehicle
- Must be able to exert up to 40 pounds of force occasionally and/or the same amount of force constantly to move objects.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skills
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Demonstrate knowledge of computer hardware and software installation, maintenance and troubleshooting on Windows client platforms
