This person will also troubleshoot problem areas for our in-office staff, and our remote staff in a timely and accurate fashion to provide end-user resolution. This position is coded as "Office-Only" which means all work must be performed in our Post Falls, Idaho office. This is a Monday - Friday, day shift position.
