Senior Desktop Support Engineer / Endpoint Engineer Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Desktop Support Engineer to provide Tier 3 technical support for Windows desktops, laptops, and enterprise endpoint management systems. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Windows 10, Microsoft Intune, endpoint security, and troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 3 support for Windows desktops, laptops, and centralized management infrastructure. Troubleshoot and resolve complex Windows operating system, hardware, and software issues. Support and manage enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Intune. Investigate and resolve endpoint security vulnerabilities and compliance issues. Manage and troubleshoot BitLocker encryption and centrally managed endpoint security software. Support security-related issues involving Windows devices and Android mobile devices. Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain reliable and secure endpoint environments. Document technical issues, resolutions, and support procedures. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. 5+ years of experience supporting Windows 10 environments. Strong experience troubleshooting standard Windows desktop and laptop hardware. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, or similar centralized management tools. Experience supporting centrally managed endpoint security solutions. Knowledge of BitLocker or comparable desktop encryption technologies. Experience providing advanced technical troubleshooting and escalated IT support. Preferred Qualifications Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation. Experience supporting Android mobile devices in an enterprise environment. Familiarity with endpoint security best practices and vulnerability remediation. Experience working in large enterprise IT environments. Ideal Candidate A hands-on IT professional with strong Windows troubleshooting skills, enterprise endpoint management experience, and the ability to independently resolve complex Tier 3 technical and security issues.
