IT Help Desk Location:

6251 State Hwy 251, Peru, IL, 61354 Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Help Desk professional to join our team at our Peru, IL location. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to end-users, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems and resolving issues efficiently. Responsibilities Respond to and resolve IT help desk requests via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Assist users with setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and peripherals. Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system. Escalate complex problems to higher-level IT staff as needed. Maintain knowledge base articles and user guides. Ensure timely communication with users regarding the status of their requests. Qualifications Proven experience in an IT Help Desk or similar technical support role. Strong knowledge of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to quality service.
