Technical Support & Installation Specialist (Travel the U.S.) IT Supplies | Rolling Meadows, IL | $40,000 to $50,000 per year | Full-time Love travel? Love tech? Get paid to do both. We're looking for a hands-on installer who's ready to hit the road, set up cutting-edge large format printers at customer sites across the U.S., and teach customers how to use them. What you'll do Install and calibrate large format printers, equipment, and software at customer locations nationwide Train customers and be the friendly, knowledgeable face of IT Supplies Unbox, set up, and test equipment, and keep our Solutions Center demo-ready Create sample prints, media profiles, and how-to videos Run demos and help staff trade shows Log installation details and coordinate install dates with our Operations team Keep learning, with training and certifications on new equipment and software What you bring Experience in an installation role, specifically printers, wide format printers or cutters A technical mindset, and you're a problem solver who loves to learn A customer-first focused mindset Valid driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to qualify for our corporate auto insurance High school diploma or equivalent, and 21 or older Ability to lift 75+ pounds Willingness to travel, mostly by car or air, with frequent overnight stays - up to 90% of work week Bonus points Experience with Epson, HP, Canon or Roland printers Knowledge of RIP software, color management, or print production workflow A degree in computer or technology fields Why you'll love it here Development focused culture Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus disability and life coverage 401(k) with company match Generous PTO and 9.5 paid holidays Paid parental leave and an Employee Assistance Program A kind, collaborative team that works hard and has fun
