We are currently seeking motivated and member-oriented individuals to join our team as a Desktop Support Technician.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician To provide hardware, software, and communication support to maintain the efficiency of the computer systems installed.
Key Responsibilities:
Provides technical assistance with hardware, software, mobile devices and communication problems encountered by staff, both at onsite locations and remotely as needed. Monitors and makes system updates/modifications for the Credit Union's computer systems. Oversees the full lifecycle of user account management within Active Directory and various systems. Researches, modifies, tests, and installs hardware and software additions or replacements. Maintains company documentation standards for proper issue tracking and end user support, writes concise informative tickets, and follows up on all tickets to resolution.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of similar or related experience preferred. Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized certification preferred; Training or transferable skills will also be considered. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Participate in on-call 24/7 coverage on a rotational basis.
