What You'll Do Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain IT hardware and software Provide break/fix support for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices Support network-connected equipment and end-user systems Respond to service requests and technical issues in a customer-facing environment Gather and analyze technical requirements to help support operational needs Work closely with team members to resolve issues and deliver high-quality support Interact with users of varying technical backgrounds, including senior personnel Required Qualifications Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain/maintain one (Interim Secret may be considered) Security+ CE certification required (A+ CE or Network+ CE may be considered to start) Experience with desktop support, help desk, troubleshooting, or IT customer support Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and professionally in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with ticketing systems General networking knowledge Strong troubleshooting abilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Positive attitude and willingness to learn Why Join?
