Job Duties Connect motherboards (MB) to testing programs and run diagnostics Follow SOPs to test, document, and route products appropriately Visually inspect motherboards for non-warranty damage Accurately complete documentation and traveler forms Assist other departments as needed Practice safe lifting techniques and proper ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions Maintain a professional appearance and conduct at all times Meet or exceed performance goals as directed by your supervisor Requirements High computer competency (familiar with computer hardware and software, experience working with hardware and software, knowledge of computer system theory, etc.) High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred) 1 year of hands-on experience in computer or electronics repair Attention to detail, Excel/Database entry/use, Problem Solving, Flexibility, Ability to multitask, Team Player, Willing to Learn Ability to sit, stand, and walk at various points and for varying lengths of time, and lift (up to) 50 pounds.
