8:00 AM-5:00 PM The Role We are working with a leading IT services provider supporting an established organisation in Northampton, MA. They're looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide hands-on technical support across a Microsoft-focused environment. You'll work directly with users onsite, resolving hardware, software and connectivity issues while supporting a wider US, Canada and Mexico user base. Key Responsibilities Provide 2nd line and deskside support Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware and peripherals Diagnose and resolve break/fix issues Support basic networking and switches Install, configure and replace IT equipment Provide excellent face-to-face user support Follow technical procedures and troubleshooting processes About You 2+ years' hands-on IT support experience Strong Microsoft / Windows knowledge Good hardware and troubleshooting experience Basic networking / switch knowledge Comfortable providing onsite deskside support Strong communication and customer service skills Proactive and keen to develop No specific certifications are required.
