Job Description
Helpdesk Support Specialist
We are seeking a customer-focused Tier 1 Service Desk Analyst to join our managed services support team. This role will serve as the first point of contact for end users and will provide technical assistance through phone, email, chat, and ticketing channels. The analyst will troubleshoot common technical issues, document all interactions in the ticketing system, follow customer-specific processes, and escalate complex issues when required.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Catonsville, MD. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
