Face Interview Job Summary We are looking for a skilled .NET Support Engineer to provide application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for business-critical applications developed on the Microsoft .NET platform. The ideal candidate should have strong debugging skills, experience with SQL databases, and the ability to resolve production issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Provide support for .NET-based applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents and service requests.
Analyze application logs and identify root causes of issues.
Monitor application performance and ensure system availability.
Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
Perform bug fixes, minor enhancements, and deployment support.
Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
Participate in on-call support and incident management activities. Required Skills
Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
Good knowledge of SQL Server, writing queries, stored procedures, and performance tuning.
Experience with Web APIs, IIS, Windows Services, and application monitoring tools.
Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes.
Experience with debugging tools and log analysis.
Knowledge of Git, Azure DevOps, or other source control tools. Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure Cloud Services.
Knowledge of Microservices architecture.
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines.
ITIL process knowledge.
