You'll use clear troubleshooting steps, careful hands-on work, and responsive customer service to resolve issues in a shop or field service setting.
Your impact:
Accurate repairs help customers return to using their devices with confidence. Duties Inspect smartphones and other mobile devices; perform hardware diagnostics and software troubleshooting across Android and iOS operating systems. Repair and maintain phones, laptops, desktop computers, printers, copiers, and related equipment using hand tools and, when needed, electrical soldering. Review schematics, identify faults, and document repair findings and completed work. Provide IT support and technical troubleshooting support; explain repair options and device care in clear, customer-friendly language. Support retail sales by identifying relevant products or services based on customer needs.Skills Essential:
Customer service, analysis skills, technical proficiency, and experience or demonstrated ability in mobile phone repair, personal electronics repair, equipment repair, and hardware maintenance. Familiarity with computer hardware, hardware diagnostics, operating systems, and software troubleshooting, including Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows. Ability to use hand tools and perform soldering; knowledge of schematics is helpful.Preferred:
Desktop computer repair, laptop troubleshooting, printer and copier repair, field service, retail sales, and broader technical support experience.Pay:
