Akkodis is seeking an IT Technical Support for a Contract opportunity with a client in Havre De Grace, MD (onsite).

Terms:

Rate Range:

$26/hour to $28/hour (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)

Contract Responsibilities:

Provide in-person desktop support for Windows users. Troubleshoot and repair Dell & HP laptops/workstations. Manage IT assets, inventory, and ServiceNow tickets. Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. Deliver excellent customer service while following ITIL processes.

Requirements:

Experience with Windows desktop support. Hands-on experience with Dell & HP devices. Knowledge of ITSM/ServiceNow and ITIL. Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills. CompTIA A+ is a plus If you are interested in this role, then please click
