POSITION SUMMARY

Design and develop solutions to complex application problems, system administration issues, or network concerns. Perform system management and integration functions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Communicate with staff or clients to understand specific system requirements.
• Document design specifications, installation instructions, and other system-related information.
• Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems including Production Network.
• Configure servers to meet functional specifications.
• Install, support, and maintain new server hardware and software including Production Network.
• Allocate network resources.
• Setup and administer user accounts, permissions, and passwords.
• Monitor network and Internet usage.
• Suggest and provide

solutions for business issues.

• Ensure that

I.T. & O.T.

equipment is compliant with industry standards.

• Analyze and resolve system faults. Eliminate issues to help prevent faults from occurring.
• Ensure network security is maintained through the implementation of hardware and/or software measures.
• Prepare for and provide training for the users of the network.
• Work with members of I.

T. and other departments to resolve issues with

I.T. &O.T.

solutions.

• Develop, plan, and implement

I.T. & O.T.

related projects.

• Assist in the maintenance of company websites.
• Maintain and support existing hardware and software systems (email, ERP, database, etc.).
• Optimize server performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Attend meetings in place of Manager when he/she is unavailable.
• Achieve company and department business plans for Health and Safety Goals.

$50,627.00
