NO RELOCATION. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY.

We are seeking an experienced IT professional to provide onsite support at a customer location in Rochester Hills, MI. This role involves up to 2 scheduled visits per week, and occasional on-demand visits as needed (approximately 8 to 10 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform onsite desktop and network troubleshooting.
• Assist with hardware setup, software installations, and system updates.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.
• Collaborate with a remote IT team for guidance when necessary.

Requirements:

• Reliable transportation for travel to Rochester Hills, MI.
• Must be available during regular business hours.
• Strong technical skills in desktop support, networking, and familiarity with various productivity tools (Office 365, CRM systems like Salesforce).
• Ability to work independently and professionally onsite.
• No remote work - all tasks must be performed in person.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to move equipment in rare occasions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with a wide range of customer environments especially SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Senior Level experience (not entry-level) and comfortable handling a range of IT issues.
• Independent IT consultant or freelancer with an existing client base looking for extra hours.
