Install and configure Windows OS, software, and applications . Troubleshoot PC, laptop, printer, and scanner issues. Support LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and basic network problems. Create and manage user accounts and access . Troubleshoot Outlook, MS Office, Teams, and email issues. Perform hardware/software installation and maintenance . Manage IT tickets and user requests . Maintain IT asset and inventory records . Follow IT security and company policies . Provide remote and onsite support . Escalate complex issues to the appropriate IT team
