Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and asset management sector, is seeking a Hardware Asset Coordinator to join their team. As a Hardware Asset Coordinator, you will be part of the Asset Management Department supporting the IT and operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

23 Pay Rate What's the Job? Coordinate and manage hardware assets, including inventory tracking and documentation. Support printer, toner, and asset management processes to ensure optimal operational efficiency. Assist in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by clarifying needs and ensuring requirements are met. Handle customer-relation issues promptly and escalate problems according to established procedures. Provide technical support for hardware and software systems, including troubleshooting and problem resolution. What's Needed? Vocational, Diploma, or Associate Degree in a technical field or equivalent with 2-4 years of relevant experience, or a Degree holder with 1-2 years of related experience. Knowledge of corporate organization, policies, and procedures. Advanced understanding of operating systems and software applications. Basic project management skills and strong communication abilities. Ability to develop and maintain customer relationships and perform well under pressure. What's in it for me?
