Required Qualifications Education:

Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.

Experience:

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a professional IT help desk or customer-facing technical support role or similar.

Technical Proficiencies:

Proficiency in remote administration and troubleshooting of desktop PCs and mobile devices. Experience with Office365 administration.

Interpersonal Skills:

Outstanding written and oral communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into simple, clear instructions.

Customer Service Mindset:

High levels of patience, empathy, and the ability to professionally de-escalate frustrated or distressed users.

Soft Skills & Attributes Active Listening:

The ability to accurately understand the issue a customer is describing and asking clarifying diagnostic questions.

Time Management:

Capable of prioritizing multiple incoming tickets in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Continuous Learning:

A strong desire to stay updated on emerging software, hardware, and cybersecurity threats. Preferred Qualifications 4-year technical degree. Construction experience is preferred.
