Wave Internet Technologies LLC is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Help Desk Technician to provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our customers and internal teams. This role is essential to maintaining high service standards and ensuring user satisfaction across our network and systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and remote tools Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues Track and document service requests, resolutions, and follow-ups using a ticketing system Assist with system installations, updates, and configurations Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members or departments Maintain a positive and professional attitude while supporting both technical and non-technical users

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a help desk, IT support, or customer service role preferred, but not required Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Familiarity with Windows OS, networking basics, and common productivity tools Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.) a plus We are considering applicants who desire 15-25 hours per week - evening hours, 2-3 days per week, between 5pm-9pm; and every other Saturday/Sunday, between 8am-6pm. This position would be ideal for a college student or someone looking for part-time work.
