Grizzly Broadband, L.L.C., a subsidiary of Ravalli County Electric Cooperative, provides reliable internet, computer services, and technology solutions. We are looking for a Tier 2 Tech Support Specialist to join our team! Do you enjoy problem-solving technical issues while providing exceptional customer service? If so, you might enjoy representing Grizzly Broadband as a technical expert!
Position Highlights:
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction Identifying and reporting network issues or trends to our Network Operations Team Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries from the Bitterroot Valley and beyond Act as the direct line of communication and support for our Field Technicians Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid, and complete information Meet personal/customer service team support targets and call handling goals Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Take the extra mile to engage customers Serve others consistently with respect, drive, humility, and dependability
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent TCP/IP Networking and WiFi knowledge. At least 1-year experience required. Valid Montana Drivers License and acceptable driving record
