Responsibilities Supports overall information systems planning, implementation, and administration in a variety of IT functional areas for a business unit

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans and implements technology solutions to meet business unit needs in alignment with enterprise standards. Collaborates with end users to diagnose and resolve technical issues across hardware, software, and network systems. Manages relationships with local technology vendors to support service delivery and procurement. Maintains detailed documentation of IT methodologies, processes, and system specifications; assists with planning and scheduling of IT initiatives. Installs and monitors network infrastructure including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks to ensure performance and reliability. Implements basic security measures to protect systems, networks, and data; ensures backup strategies and recovery plans are current. Supports and contributes to the development and enforcement of enterprise technology policies and procedures.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED

High School Diploma/GED Required A) Bachelor's Degree (Technical Degree Preferred) OR B) 2 Years Relevant Experience
