Location:

New Bern, North Carolina Work Arrangement:

In-office. This position is not remote. What You'll Do As a Level 1 IT Support Technician, you'll serve as the first point of contact for client support requests and help deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Responsibilities include:

Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues Supporting Windows PCs, Macs, printers, mobile devices, and other end-user technology Assisting clients with Microsoft 365 applications and services Providing support for Google Workspace environments Setting up, deploying, and replacing computers and end-user equipment Escalating complex technical issues to senior engineers when needed Performing onsite client visits throughout the Lubbock area as required Documenting work performed and maintaining accurate service records Supporting basic networking, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure needs What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Passion for technology and problem-solving Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Professional attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for local client visits Bonus Qualifications CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar certifications Technical training, associate degree, or relevant coursework Previous IT support, help desk, retail technology, or customer service experience Grow Your Career With Us One of the best parts about working at Vector Choice is the opportunity to discover what area of technology excites you most.
