Technical Support Specialist compensation: commensurate with experience employment type: full-time The SoundSide Group has been a rapidly growing full-service IT solutions integrator in Eastern North Carolina since 2000, and currently has an opening for an experienced Information Technology Network systems implementer.

Responsibilities of position:

Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Desktop and Server OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMWare, Hyper-V Windows based networks and virtual environments. Installing and maintaining MS Office 365 products and Exchange email accounts. Administering Windows based networks, as well as switch and router protocols. Maintaining and supporting PBX/VoIP phone systems would be a plus (Cisco, Sangoma, Broadview, ETC.). Position work hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday - Friday and is open until filled.
