PUBLIC TRUST REQUIRED FULL-TIME PROCUREMENT

Manage the full lifecycle of IT procurement for government contracts — from requirements analysis and vendor qualification through delivery and acceptance. Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency-specific acquisition regulations while optimizing cost and schedule performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

— Develop and execute procurement strategies for hardware, software, and services under government contracts — Manage vendor relationships and evaluate proposals against technical and cost criteria — Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and applicable agency acquisition regulations — Coordinate with program managers, legal, and finance on contract modifications and closeouts — Maintain accurate procurement records and support audit readiness

REQUIREMENTS

— Public Trust clearance eligibility — B.S. in Business, Supply Chain, or related field — 3+ years of federal IT procurement or contracting experience — Familiarity with GSA schedules, SEWP, and other government contract vehicles — DAWIA or FAC-C certification preferred
