IT Support (Part-Time)

Monday, Wednesday, Friday (Part-Time) This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to get their foot in the door with IT. Previous IT experience is not required —we're primarily looking for dependable, organized individuals with a strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills.

Primary Focus:

Deliver, install, and set up IT equipment (monitors, docking stations, printers, ink, and other technology) at various company job sites. Extensive driving throughout the workday is a major part of this position. Maintain and track company-issued laptops, iPads, and iPhones through inventory management.

Additional Responsibilities:

Prepare and image computers for new employees. Configure iPhones, iPads, and laptops. Assist with basic Level 1 IT support tickets and simple troubleshooting.

Ideal Candidate:

Reliable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Comfortable driving to multiple locations throughout the day. Organized and detail-oriented. Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn. Strong customer service and communication skills. Entry-level candidates, recent graduates, or individuals looking to begin a career in IT are encouraged to apply.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
