This position will be responsible for: Providing technical support to our warehouse-based customers using our software and hardware solutions. Providing network administration for internal ProCat employees and networks Responding to customer related issues via phone or email Managing help desk tickets in a timely manner Ensuring proper documentation of customer interactions via in house ticketing software Configuration of PCs, Android and Windows based wearables, handheld computers, label printers, and peripherals Limited travel, and some off-hours support are required Position located in office in Gibbsboro, NJ Qualifications /

Skills:

2 Years Related Experience Help Desk Experience is a plus Warehouse Experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Good documentation skills Detail oriented and strong organizational skills Experience with Windows 7 and 10 Experience with Microsoft server operating systems Experience with Microsoft SQL and Management Studio is a plus Ability to troubleshooting LAN/WAN and networking hardware Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware related issues Ability to learn in house software to assist with customer trainings

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
