2 Years Related Experience Help Desk Experience is a plus Warehouse Experience is a plus Excellent communication skills Good documentation skills Detail oriented and strong organizational skills Experience with Windows 7 and 10 Experience with Microsoft server operating systems Experience with Microsoft SQL and Management Studio is a plus Ability to troubleshooting LAN/WAN and networking hardware Ability to diagnose and resolve basic hardware related issues Ability to learn in house software to assist with customer trainingsJob Type:
