The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, excellent patience, and strong follow-through. Responsibilities Staffing the helpdesk and providing top-notch customer service to staff and students Maintaining and troubleshooting classroom A/V equipment Monitor school's video studio and video equipment Handling technology inventory for the school Repairing our fleet of printers and copiers Troubleshoot, repair, and image school-owned devices, including Mac, Windows, and iOS platforms Managing and ensuring the readiness of the school's loaner device pool Desired Skills Comfortable working in a PreK3-12 environment Familiar with A/V setup and maintenance Help desk ticket management and troubleshooting experience Strong knowledge of G-Suite tools Comfortable with smartboard maintenance Proficiency with MacOS, iOS and Windows computers Basic network administration and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) Basic knowledge of printer and copier support Qualifications Hold an Associate's degree or higher in Information Technology (IT), Computer Networking, or Computer Information Systems (CIS) or another related subject, or hold an appropriate industry-standard certification Have experience in technical support roles, preferably in school settings (other relevant experience will be considered)

Compensation and Benefits Salary Range:

$65,000 to $75,000 (final compensation will be determined based on experience and education)
