Spirit Logistics Network is looking for a dependable and motivated IT Helpdesk Technician to join our internal IT team. This is an entry-level to junior-level position ideal for someone with basic IT support experience who enjoys solving problems, helping people, and learning new technologies. You will work alongside our IT Helpdesk Supervisor and IT Director to provide day-to-day technical support to employees across our organization. We value reliability, communication, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities Provide Tier 1 technical support to employees in person, by phone, and remotely. Troubleshoot Windows computers, printers, and other office equipment. Assist users with Microsoft 365 suite (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) and common software issues. Set up and configure computers, monitors, printers, peripherals and mobile devices. Assist with user accounts, passwords, and access requests. Troubleshoot basic network connectivity, Wi-Fi, and VPN issues. Document support requests, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions. Escalate complex issues to the IT Helpdesk Supervisor or IT Director. Help maintain IT equipment inventory and follow established IT procedures. Assist with other IT-related tasks and projects as assigned. Requirements Basic knowledge of Windows 11 and computer troubleshooting. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365. Basic understanding of computer networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi). Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to troubleshoot problems logically and follow instructions. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to build and rebuild computers, including installing operating systems and software packages for PC deployment. Willingness to learn new systems and technologies. Preferred Qualifications 6 months to 2 years of professional IT support or helpdesk experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese. Experience with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, or Microsoft 365 administration. Experience with remote support tools like Tactical RMM/Rustdesk. Familiar with VoIP systems, Ubiquiti Unifi equipment and network management portal. CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certification. Work Schedule Full-time, primarily Monday through Friday, on-site in Springfield, NJ. After approximately 90 days of training, the position is expected to participate in a rotating remote weekend support schedule. Occasional schedule flexibility may be required to support business operations.

Compensation and Benefits Annual pay:
