Perform software installations, patching, updates, routine maintenance, and endpoint configuration. Monitor recurring technical issues and help maintain the stability, security, and performance of the client's IT environment. Maintain accurate system documentation, asset records, support procedures, and troubleshooting notes. Client Relationship & IT Service Delivery Act as a trusted technical partner to the client, developing an understanding of its systems, business needs, and day-to-day operations. Manage support requests and service tickets, prioritizing issues according to business impact and urgency. Communicate technical information clearly to nontechnical users and set appropriate expectations around resolution timelines. Identify recurring issues, potential risks, and opportunities to improve the client's technology environment. Recommend practical solutions that improve reliability, efficiency, and the overall user experience. Travel to the Greenport client site when hands-on troubleshooting, equipment deployment, or other onsite assistance is required.
