full-time Our client, an elevated childrenswear apparel manufacturer is seeking a IT Systems Director to join their team in NYC! Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of key business systems. Serve as the primary point of contact for systems-related questions and troubleshooting. Partner cross-functionally with teams across the organization to understand business needs and identify effective solutions. Support the evaluation and implementation of new systems and technology. Maintain data integrity and ensure systems and workflows are operating effectively. Manage relationships with external technology and software partners. Support general technology and IT needs across the organization. Develop and maintain documentation and SOPs for key systems and processes. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve overall system functionality. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in business systems, IT, systems administration, or a related field. Hands-on experience working with ERP or other business management systems. Experience supporting cross-functional teams and translating business needs into systems solutions. Previous experience supporting or leading a system implementation. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience within apparel, fashion, wholesale, retail, or consumer products. Familiarity with PLM, EDI, or related business systems.

Salary:
