- Endpoint Security & Vulnerability Management
- Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- ITIL Incident, Problem & Change Management
Roles & Responsibilities - Administer and support Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Autopilot, Entra ID,
and Windows 10/11 endpoints. - Manage application deployment, patching, feature updates, compliance policies, BitLocker,
and endpoint security. - Develop automation and reporting solutions using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
- Support supply chain applications, network connectivity, wireless infrastructure, VPN/B2B
connectivity, and cloud services. - Configure and support desktops, laptops, mobile computers, barcode scanners, printers,
and warehouse devices. - Troubleshoot application, endpoint, network, and infrastructure issues across corporate
and 3PL environments. - Drive vulnerability remediation, security compliance, and Zero Trust initiatives.
- Support disaster recovery testing, business continuity activities, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate with vendors, security teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders on projects and issue resolution.
- Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, knowledge articles, and technical standards.
