Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented IT Support Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the frontline technical expert responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, providing exceptional support to staff, and ensuring seamless operation of hardware and software systems. Your proactive approach and technical expertise will help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently. Duties

• Respond to help desk tickets and provide first level technical support for end users.
• Assist users with common issues related to computers, printers, phones/iPads, and software, etc.
• Set up and configure desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, etc.
• Assist with user account setups, password resets, and access request.
• Support HR with employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Escalate unresolved tickets to senior IT staff.
• Manage and maintain IT equipment inventory
• Provide technical support to non-technical users
• Provide network "alive" for customer utilization, process improvement
• Willing to be "on-call" during after hours of operation
• Keeping information, product, and processes confidential
• Work with IT management to provide excellent support and service to end users.

Qualifications Proven experience in IT support or desktop support roles with a strong understanding of computer hardware and software troubleshooting Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, Windows Operating Systems and common help desk systems Knowledge of computer networking concepts Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users Ability to analyze problems quickly and develop effective solutions in a fast-paced environment Experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred but not required BOC Water Hydraulics is devoted to providing a clean, safe, and healthy work environment free from the effects of drug and alcohol abuse. Pay:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 50.0 per week
