Provide L2 technical support for NCR Aloha POS systems across restaurant/retail locations Troubleshoot POS terminals, transactions, pricing, menus, EOD processing, and reporting issues Support KDS, kiosks, payment devices, printers, scanners, and other POS peripherals Monitor system availability, resolve incidents, and coordinate with vendors and technical teams Support POS configuration, upgrades, rollouts, store setups, and lifecycle management Overview Industry
