Job Description

Summary The IT Technician provides hands-on technical support that keeps the company's computers, networks, and systems running reliably. This role installs and maintains hardware and software, troubleshoots issues, and assists employees with technology needs across the organization. Strong problem-solving skills and a helpful, service-minded approach are essential. Responsibilities Install, configure, and maintain computers, hardware, and software. Provide help-desk support and troubleshoot technical issues for employees. Support network connectivity, printers, and peripheral devices. Set up and manage user accounts and access in coordination with policies. Assist with system updates, backups, and basic security measures. Maintain inventory of IT equipment and documentation. Support phones, mobile devices, and other business technology. Escalate complex issues and assist with IT projects as needed. Requirements Associate's degree or technical training in IT, or equivalent experience. Experience in technical support or IT troubleshooting preferred. Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networks. Relevant certifications a plus. Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills. Good communication and organizational abilities. Ability to lift and move equipment as needed.
