Multi-Site Operations Dick's Auto Group Location:

Schedule:
Full-time | Monday-Friday |
On-site Pay:
$22-$25/hour Build Your IT Career in a Fast-Paced, Multi-Location Environment Dick's Auto Group is looking for a talented, service-minded IT Support Specialist to join our growing organization and help support technology across our dealership group. This isn't a role where you'll spend all day doing the same thing. You'll work directly with employees across multiple departments and locations, troubleshooting everything from computers and Microsoft 365 to phones, printers, mobile devices, dealership applications, and network connectivity. You'll serve as a key first point of contact when employees need technology support, while working closely with senior IT leadership on larger projects, complex issues, system improvements, and escalations. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, helping people, taking ownership, and figuring out why something isn't working—not just applying a temporary fix. What You'll Do Own incoming IT support requests from initial troubleshooting through resolution, keeping employees informed along the way. Set up computers, tablets, phones, email accounts, applications, and technology access for new employees. Troubleshoot Windows computers, Microsoft 365, printers, scanners, mobile devices, service tablets, and other dealership technology. Assist employees with passwords, multifactor authentication, approved access changes, and account-related issues. Diagnose phone and communication issues, including call routing, missed calls, caller ID, and audio problems. Provide first-line support for dealership applications and business systems. Work directly with technology vendors when an issue requires outside support—and stay involved until the problem is resolved. Help maintain accurate equipment inventory, documentation, setup procedures, and solutions for recurring issues. Identify patterns and recurring technology problems and help develop better long-term solutions. Escalate outages, security concerns, unusual permission requests, integrations, and complex technical issues while continuing to own communication with the end user. Travel locally to our dealerships when hands-on support is needed. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone with a strong technical foundation who is equally comfortable working with technology and people. You'll be a strong fit if you have: 2+ years of hands-on IT support, help desk, desktop support, or similar experience. Strong working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 environments. Experience troubleshooting computers, printers, mobile devices, user accounts, and basic network/connectivity issues. A logical troubleshooting mindset—you know how to isolate a problem, test possible solutions, and document what worked. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical employees. A sense of urgency when technology is preventing someone from doing their job. The ability to prioritize multiple requests and recognize when an issue needs to be escalated. The confidence to work independently while knowing when to bring in additional resources. Strong follow-through. If you take ownership of an issue, you make sure it gets resolved. Experience supporting multiple locations, dealership technology, VoIP phone systems, ticketing platforms, remote-management tools, or other IT management systems is a plus—but we value technical curiosity, problem-solving ability, and excellent customer service just as much as experience with a specific system. Why Dick's Auto Group? Technology plays an increasingly important role in how we operate our dealerships, and our IT team has the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across the organization. This position offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and business operations while giving you the opportunity to work alongside experienced IT leadership and continue developing your technical skills. If you're looking for an IT position where you can take ownership, solve real problems, build relationships, and grow with an expanding organization , we'd like to hear from you. Apply today and tell us what you enjoy most about solving technology problems.
