Job Description

IT Support Technician Location:

Doylestown, PA (Onsite)

Duration:

2-3

Month Contract Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (35 hours/week during summer) Job Summary We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support in an educational environment. This role involves Level 1 desktop support, PC imaging and deployment, hardware/software troubleshooting, and basic Microsoft 365 administration.

Responsibilities:

Image, configure, and deploy Windows PCs. Unpack, set up, and install computer equipment. Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware and software issues. Perform basic Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) administrative tasks. Assist the IT team with device preparation and daily support activities for the upcoming school year.

Required Qualifications:

1-3 years of IT Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Technical Support experience. Hands-on experience with PC imaging and Windows 10/11. Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Pay:

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
