Job Description

IT Support Technician:

$28/hr-$32/hr depending on level (see below) We offer flexibility, and all staff quickly progress to a salaried position. Profit sharing eligibility after one year. Level-1 Tech (aka Tier 1: basic IT capabilities - can be trained) Level-2 Tech (aka Tier 2: networking knowledge and/or experience) Level-3 Tech (aka Tier 3: advanced networking knowledge and experience) Applicants should be familiar with: Windows 11 and Mac OS PC hardware, VMware, Microsoft 365, etc. security software, device management, NGAV basic networking, TCP/IP, encryption, mesh networking, etc.

Responsibilities may include:
