Information Technology Support Specialist Kenny Ross Subaru in Irwin, PA has an immediate position available for an Information Technology (IT) Support Specialist. This Entry-Level position is responsible for troubleshooting, resolving, and documenting all IT support activities, as well as maintaining system integrity in alignment with company standards and policies. This position will require some travel to surrounding locations in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia . Job Duties Include but are not limited to: Assisting end users with phone and pc issues Create new users and document all changes in the IT Ticket system Communicate issues with IT Director Must be willing to travel

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft's Windows operating system, Active Directory Google G-Suite knowledge Working knowledge of Apple's iOS operating systems Basic understanding of VOIP/IP telephony Basic understanding of Cisco Meraki equipment

Skills:

Ability to follow instructions High attention to detail, ability to work independently and think critically Passion for customer service and a sense of urgency to solve problems Excellent communication skills Must work on multiple projects and tasks with efficiency

Education:

Associate's Degree in Computer Science or related field
