Long-Term Contract Overview Seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide hands-on technical support in a secure enterprise environment. Responsibilities include end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, equipment deployment, and IT asset management. Responsibilities Provide desktop and technical support to end users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, and connectivity issues. Install, configure, and replace IT equipment. Manage IT assets, inventory, and related data records. Deliver excellent customer service and timely issue resolution. Required Qualifications Active Secret Clearance (or higher). CompTIA Security+ certification. 2+ years of IT support experience. Experience with desktop support, troubleshooting, and asset management. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and move IT equipment as needed. Work Environment Fully onsite in the Goose Creek/Charleston, SC area. Stable, long-term opportunity supporting a large enterprise IT program. Standard 40-hour work week with strong work-life balance.
