Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to software, hardware, network connectivity, and database performance to ensure optimal operation. Manage help desk tickets efficiently using support systems like BMC Remedy or similar platforms, documenting all interactions clearly. Assist users with Active Directory management, user access controls, and permissions to maintain security protocols. Support IT infrastructure components such as

LAN, VPN, TCP/IP

networks, and Meraki devices to ensure reliable connectivity. Conduct equipment troubleshooting for desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals; escalate complex hardware or software problems as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects involving Windows support, Linux environments, GPO (Group Policy Objects), and network troubleshooting. Requirements Proven experience in IT support roles with a focus on help desk systems and technical troubleshooting support. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Linux environments, and computer networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP and LAN configurations. Familiarity with Active Directory management, GPO administration, VPN setup, and network troubleshooting techniques. Experience supporting hardware including computer hardware components, mobile devices, and networking equipment like Meraki or BMC Remedy tools. Excellent communication skills to clearly explain technical issues to non-technical users and provide outstanding customer service. Ability to analyze problems quickly using analysis skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions efficiently.
