IT Support Technician II/III Location:

Summerville, SC -

Onsite Type:

3-Month Contract-to-Hire We are looking for an experienced IT Support Technician II/III to join a growing organization in Summerville, SC. This person will provide hands-on technical support to end users and handle Level 2/3 issues across a Microsoft environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Level 2/3 Help Desk and desktop support to end users
  • Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Support Microsoft Intune for endpoint/device management
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, password resets, and access through Active Directory
  • Troubleshoot laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, VPNs, and network connectivity
  • Handle escalated tickets and work through issues from diagnosis to resolution
  • Assist with workstation setup, imaging, deployment, and ongoing endpoint support
Preferred Experience:
  • Previous Level 2/3 Help Desk, Desktop Support, or IT Support experience
  • Hands-on Microsoft Intune experience
  • Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows 10/11
  • Strong troubleshooting and end-user communication skills
  • Comfortable working onsite in Summerville, SC
