The Technical Support Specialist will lead complex technical support cases, warranty adjudications, and field commissioning oversight for forced air products. This role serves as an advanced diagnostic consultant, using independent judgment to analyze service data, optimize workflows, and drive product reliability. Additionally, the Specialist acts as a key liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal engineering and quality teams. Candidates must hold a High School Diploma or GED, paired with a minimum of 3 years of progressive technical support or field service experience in HVAC controls. Proficiency in ERP/CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) along with analytical and customer relations skills are essential. This role involves non-manual office work, occasional domestic travel, and participation in a rotating after-hours standby schedule. Our client is only seeking local talent currently.
