• We are looking for a Lab Computing Analyst to join a dynamic laboratory IT team supporting Windows-based laboratory systems and scientific instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for laboratory computers, Windows systems, peripherals, and instrument-controlled software
• Perform computer imaging, Windows installation/upgrades, configuration, and troubleshooting
• Support scientific instruments and their connected computers/software
• Manage equipment onboarding, relocation, upgrades, and retirement
• Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and coordinate with instrument vendors
• Support system validation, change management, security, and compliance activities
• Maintain equipment/PC/software inventory and technical documentation ?

Required Skills:

• Strong Windows / Desktop Support experience
• Experience with computer imaging and deployment
• Strong hardware and software troubleshooting skills
• Experience supporting laboratory or scientific instrumentation
• Knowledge of networking and Windows security/permissions
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills ?

Preferred:

• Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical experience
• Scientific instrumentation experience
• Experience in GxP, GMP, ISO, or FDA-regulated environments
• Experience working in validated environments ?
