We are looking for an experienced Help Desk/Desktop Support Analyst to provide on-site technical support for end users in Wisconsin. Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person technical assistance for employees by addressing walk-up support needs and resolving desktop-related issues in a timely manner.
• Diagnose and correct hardware, software, and operating system problems across Windows-based computers and peripheral devices.
• Prepare, configure, and deploy desktop and laptop systems for new and existing users, including imaging and workstation setup.
• Support Zebra printer functionality by identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and coordinating solutions to minimize downtime.
• Manage incoming service desk requests, document work performed, and provide updates through the ticketing process.
• Administer basic user account and access tasks within Active Directory as part of end-user support activities.
• Assist with Microsoft Office 365 support by resolving common application, access, and configuration concerns.
• Maintain organized workstation standards and ensure devices are properly configured for business use.
